Just Weddings - Careers: Sales Account Executives

Sales Account Executives:

This position will be responsible for acquiring new vendors utilizing outbound sales skills and experience. All sales are directly to wedding professionals with regular communications being held with senior executives, sole proprietors, marketing and sales professionals. Potential candidates should be comfortable moving past gatekeepers, speaking with decision makers, and understand the process of selling over the phone. Sales representatives will be expected to complete a high volume of calls and contacts for sales opportunities each day.

Ideal candidates must possess an excellent work ethic, strong verbal communication skills, solid business writing skills and a results driven desire to succeed.

Requirements:

College degree required.
Previous sales experience required.
Proven ability in cold calling, prospecting and closing accounts
Experience in the Wedding Industry a plus but not required
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to self assess
Experience with the internet, and proficiency with software such as MS Word, Excel, and MS Outlook
Extremely organized, able to manage multiple priorities
